At Pixel Core Builds, we strive to deliver high-quality custom PCs that meet your specific needs and exceed your expectations. Please review our return policy to understand the process and conditions for returning a custom PC.
Return Eligibility:

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the custom PC must be in like-new condition. This means the system should be free of any physical damage, scratches, or signs of misuse. The PC must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, components, and documentation intact.

Matching Parts: All components within the PC must match the original build specifications as provided at the time of purchase. We cannot accept returns or process refunds if any parts have been altered, replaced, or are missing from the original build.

Return Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
Customer Responsibilities:

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with returning the custom PC. This includes the cost of shipping the PC back to our facility and any applicable shipping insurance.

Return Shipping: The customer must securely package the PC for return to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance to ensure the safe delivery of the return.
Refund Policy:

Refund Process: Once the returned PC is received and inspected to confirm it meets the above conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that refunds will only be processed after the returned PC has passed inspection.

Non-Eligibility: If the returned PC does not meet the conditions outlined (e.g., damage, altered parts, missing components), the return will be denied, and the PC will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
How to Initiate a Return:

Return Authorization: Please provide your order number and the reason for the return when contacting us. Unauthorized returns or returns without an RAN will not be processed.
